-Improve quality and responsiveness of the healthcare services

– Strengthen the role of the RHWU in promoting quality performance improvement

-To ensure the presentation of it’s members in public and private organization , nationally and internationally

-To participate in all decisions taken and that concern it’s members

-To strive for collective bargening in health sector

-To respect the related statutes and common agreement on labor

-To sensibilize members of RHWU to fight against pandemic deseases including HIV/AIDS

-To provide training and information to it’s members .

To sensitize it’s members on serving program by creating credit scheme small fund , a supply scheme for workers
